Larry A. Marks is a Principal with New Vistas Consulting. An internationally recognized consultant in change management, branding and business development, Mr. Marks has worked with many of the world’s largest financial services organizations and Fortune 500 companies as well as leading law firms. Mr. Marks has consulted and presented throughout the United States, Toronto, Montreal, Sidney, London, Panama City, Tel Aviv, Caracas, Istanbul, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Paris.

Mr. Marks is regarded as one of the nation's foremost trainers and experts in helping organizations of all types navigate organizational change and deal with conflict. He has spoken at over 1,000 seminars, conferences, and forums and has published extensively on these topics.

As a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Mr. Marks directed consulting engagements both nationally and internationally working with companies of all sizes. His engagements included change management, internal client relations, leadership, organizational design and development as well as business development.

Mr. Marks maintained several faculty positions as part of his consulting work, including Academic Program Co-Coordinator for the Kenan Flagler Business School's Management Series at the University of North Carolina. This program was originally offered through Duke University where he taught from 1976 to 1990. In addition he was Academic Co-Coordinator at The University of California's Haas School of Business at Berkeley. He was also a faculty member and program leader for The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and has taught sessions at The Wharton Business School.

Prior to joining New Vistas Consulting, Mr. Marks established Marks & Associates over 20 years ago and most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Republic Bank of Chicago. Larry was previously Executive Vice President of Selz/Seabolt Communications, Inc., one of the nation’s oldest marketing communications firms. He came to Selz/Seabolt from Phoenix Hecht, the country’s largest treasury management research and database management firm, where he served as President of Phoenix-Hecht and Phoenix-Hecht/Gallup, a partnership between The Gallup Organization and Phoenix-Hecht created to provide syndicated market research.

Larry received his MBA from the Walter E. Heller Graduate School of Business at Roosevelt University in Chicago. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a founding member of the Association of Financial Professionals.
